Description

In 2007 I had artist Michael Golden do a rendition of The Crow in my sketchbook which I have up here on the CAF website. He did a pencil sketch and did a great job too. Flash forward to March 2018 I saw that Golden was here in Seattle for Emerald City Comic-Con and we discussed the piece and he mentioned that if I wanted him to ink it, he would do it for $75. I liked the pencils only look but he mentioned that inking would certainly make it pop and he tends to add more detail, etc. when he inks. I decided to do it and I dropped the book off with him at his booth. He went well beyond the call of duty and did an outstanding job adding more detail to the piece than I was expecting. I couldn't be more happy with it, Michael was a great joy to talk to and he was quite pleased that I was happy with it. Here is the finished inked piece.

Thanks again yeah Michael was correct, the inks would make it pop and he was a pleasure to deal with.
