Ferro Lad, Timber Wolf and Phantom Girl meet Kitty Pryde, Wolverine and Colossus by Fred Hembeck and Simon Gough

If you read any comics in the 70's and 80's, you've probably seen some of Fred Hembeck's work. He was a regular on editorial pages, and in promotional books like Marvel Age and DC Sampler. And if you've never read any of Hembeck's stuff, go get this book. Anyway, I wanted a commission from Hembeck, and I had him create a piece of some Legion of Super-Heroes members meeting their counterparts (in powers, at least) in the team that originally got me into superhero comics, the X-Men. And of course, the piece looks incredible and is pure fun! Years later I commissioned Simon Gough to add some colors to it and now it looks even better! Big thanks to Fred and Simon!
