Judge Ro-Jaws! Could this be the true origin of the justice system of Mega City 1? Or are we adding Sir Bruce Forsythe to our Ro-gers and Hammerstein tribute?

One of the very first pages that I remember seeing from 2000AD; the second issue after the merger with Starlord, October 21st 1978.
