Description

A great tribute to the world of horror magazines. The original cover art was created by Albert Nuetzell, but I have never seen it. I am not sure if he painted the script and boxes onto his painting. I am guessing they were added later during printing.

Cyril Jordan did several recreations of Famous Monsters of Filmland Magazine cover art.

The bottom box is changed to the horror host M.T. Graves out of Miami, Florida. The original magazine, which is very rare, had a sticker in it for M.T. Graves. This issue was given as a promo item locally in Florida - see additional images for copy of magazine with sticker attached to front cover when given away. A rare piece of monster-kid history.

Oils on Canvas, with some slight wear around the edges, but overall the painting is in great condition.
