Wow, the cover to the last issue of the original DC run. I am gobsmacked by this. His early covers all had the Shadow symbolically looming over one of the issues' crime scenes, but, when Kaluta left the series, Frank Robbins and Joe Kubert started drawing covers that featured our hero in more action-oriented scenarios. When Kaluta returned to do the last two covers of the series, he continued that trend to striking effect. Cheers!
