Not to worry, he's not the only AirWave fan out there. I always liked the character and thought his demise in Infinite Crisis to be one of the more blatantly annoying and pointless of the time (Which considering the throughput of pointless demises at the time, is really saying something)

Yeah, Airwave did appear in Blackest Night. It was in #7, where he told John Stuart that he'd been re-routing the SOS they were sending out to an old lady's radio in Omaha. "In space, only WE can hear you scream."
