Description

It's been far too long since I had a chance to meet up with Dale Eaglesham. Finally connected again at Fan Expo Canada 2019. Aside from a commission from Dale, I found this beautiful Superman piece in his portfolio.

In speaking with Dale and his wonderful wife Louise, I discovered Dale had wanted to do and Action Comics #1000 cover but wasn't approached, so he did his own version of it and this is what he came up with.

Dale mentioned that he had done digital inks on the piece as well and pointed me in the direction of those online, so I've attached a copy of those here as well!
