Description

Since I recently traded my one and only Robert Gould Elric cover there was a big gaping hole in my collection. And then I saw this piece! Sadly, the first time I saw it, it was already on hold for someone else, but then a short while later I received an email that the earlier sale had fallen through. So, I jumped! And although its not as large as the cover that I traded, it is a beautiful little piece.

Update: Since initially purchasing this piece, I have learned from Robert himself, that this was created to be the backcover for Revenge of the Rose, however in the end the publisher decided not to use it.

Fantastic piece!!! I'm assuming that it's small in size by the signature below it, but then, it just hits as Huge in detail and hitting that visual of Elric that has been burned into my skull from reading the original books from so many years ago. Huge Congrats on this piece Alex.

Stumbled across this, and was instantly stopped in my tracks! This may be small in size but is increcible to behold. Outstanding piece any Elric fan would be proud and honored to own! Congratulations!
