Description

Though he has drawn the Legion many times in his career, here Jeff Moy takes a turn at drawing Cosmic Boy in his unique "man-basque" as designed by Mike Grell in the 1970's.

It takes someone very confident in their masculinity to wear an outfit like that, but he wears it well, no?
