Description

Well...after almost 18 years, this incredible page has finally found its way back home to stay. At one time, I owned this entire 12 page Dick Sprang story. I originally bought it from Dick way back in 1991 when I was visiting him in Prescott, Arizona. However, after about 5 years, I had to relunctantly sell the story in order to fulfill some financial obligations. I always hated the fact that I had to sell it...but there was really nothing I could have done any differently. Well...18 years later, I was presented with the rare opportuniy to buy back one of these vintage Batman pages. Even though, I could not afford to acquire the entire story, I at least feel like I have partially redeemed myself for having sold it in the first place. I'm sure there are many of you out there who have, at sometime, regretted selling a special piece of art from your collections. At least, one of the great things about this hobby is that you sometimes get a second chance to make things right again.

I can personally say I sold 1 piece of art I have regretted ever since. Since then I opted to not post my unsaleable and untradable pieces in order to avoid temptation. This one is a beauty, congrats on getting it back.
