DescriptionThere's a story behind that piece.Mr Brereton was selling it himself on ebay and I nearly choked myself when I first saw it.Loving his art and having a fondness for Tigra,I needed that piece.So I put it in my watcing list.Then one day it disappeared.Mr Brereton had sold it to an inquiring bidder.I was crushed.I contacted him and he offered to do another, probably a better one from his words but I encountered problems with a then recent commission and wasn't ready for another at that time.Then Tigra popped up in another CAF member gallery.Crushed again. Luckily, he recently put it up on ebay where I was determined not to let it go again and paid the price.Probably overpaid her too much but frustration had been building on that piece and I had some cash for it at the time :) Now for a Brereton fan ,it doesn't get better than this.She's feline like she should be, she's ultra sexy like all Brereton females (those incredible eyes, her mouth with those teeny fangs coming out, her 2...).Just perfect :)Note: she was published in 2 of his sketchbooks including the 2014 Enchantress one :) Social/Sharing |
