Description

I have wanted a nice Darrow example for a long time after owing a lot of his quick sketches in books. I met the vey gentle Geoff Darrow at this year Japan Expo/Japan expo without any expectations and I found myself having a great time talking with him about the industry and art. At the end of the show I purchased this gigantic piece (more than double regular art page) which is done on bristol and not Geoff's usual velum. I hesitated between various pieces in his portfolios but went for this one as every important Darrow characters are here. Rusty, Big Guy, Shaolin Cowboy and Nixon make this a seminal Darrow piece for me :)

This is a GREAT choice! Love seeing Darrow's character gallery all together on one giant piece. I had the good fortune of meeting him at Heroes Con and he is a joy to talk to. Congrats!

Congratulations on an amazing piece; I am sure it was hard to pick one example from Geoff's portfolio, but you certainly made a great choice. The characters all look perfect!
