DescriptionA fantastic page from the last issue of the daring Steampunk by Chris Bachalo.I always loved that particular page in JMB's collection and nearly bought it numerous times during private tradings between us. When he went to Comicclink to sell most of his collection, this page was among those I could not let go away. I absolutely love the various computerized faces on the page. I don't know how Chris managed that specific effect but I think it works superbly here. these particular panels seems pasted on the pages as if worked on separately. Glad to finally own this one :) Social/Sharing |

Great page (first comment?!?) from a series I still need to catch up on! I actually set aside the first few issues a couple weeks ago, and you have galvanized my resolve to scratch the itch (as it were)! So much fun experimentation always takes place in Chris' work, but he was really throwing everything he could think of at his pages early in his career and this is a fine example. I really like how spare the "traditional" panels are here, of course, which dramatically counterpoint the black "computerized" (?) blasts of imagery. Really cool page - I can see how this one would have stuck 8n your mind. Congrats on landing it and being able to add it to your awesome gallery!
