DescriptionA few weeks ago, after having caught up with Wolverine and the X-Men, I picked out a few pages that I'd love to own. One of them was this one, part of a sequence, with Broo attacking Professor Starblood after he attacks Kitty Pryde. This is a turning point for Broo (who I think is a great character) as he is overpowered by the brood side of him and turns from a happy go lucky child to a brutal violent being.This page needs to be viewed with the page after, as Beast, in the last panel pulled Broo off of Starblood and calms him down. Initially when I tried to get this page through Nick Bradshaw's dealer, I was told it was already sold. I ran into Norman Lee at the Boston Comic Con a few weeks later and he had the blueline inks. So part of my quest is done. If you happen to have the pencils to this and page 16, please do drop me a line. Rip Norman. You will be missed. Social/Sharing |
