Description

This is one daily strip, in an unusual square-size, of a production that Opper led on side by side with the regular stories of his Hooligan. These were strip sequences with running title like “The Cruise of the Piffle”, “Mr. Trusty”, and “The Freneasy Film Co. presents..” where he featured comic figures inspired by politicians, industry tycoons and various capitalists, that he caricatured in the oddest possible way.
