Description

This was an interesting project. I don't get asked for cover recreations that often, or for specific portraits anymore; this piece required both, & color! I was sent a copy of the cover in question & a handful of photos from this couple's wedding day.

I always wonder in these instances: how faithful should I remain to the original? I think I managed to do a clear recreation while still "owning" it myself. And they were quite happy with the color changes to match their own wedding colors :) What you see here is all marker on comic art board.
