XS by Derec Donovan

Jenni Ognats is the granddaughter of Barry Allen and the first speedster to join the Legion of Super-Heroes. Jenni was one of the first new characters to be introduced in the post-Zero Hour Legion and she quickly became a favorite. She had a history which connected her to the present-day DCU and her mom had a connection to the original Legion's past, since she was one of the Tornado Twins. XS had a great attitude and I always loved the story where she and Star Boy became freedom fighters on Xanthu during a temporary dissolution of the Legion. I think it's a shame that she was never really used after she was brought into the original Legion and I hope she appears again one day. Derec filled this XS commission with energy! And I'm not just talking about the speed force energy flowing around Jenni! I love the way she seems to be running right out of the paper! Big thanks as usual to Derec!

Love the dramatized stride. It really accentuates the characterization. Another great Dononvan piece in this series.
