DescriptionHere's the deal: My first, last, and always love in comics has always been superheroes. So back in the 70s when Marvel started also publishing horror, sword and sorcery, and other titles, I initially just ignored them. All I cared about was the costumed guys. Then Marvel did something really underhanded: They had Werewolf by Night co-star in an issue of MARVEL TEAM-UP.

It's bladetastic! (sorry, not one of my better ones)
Steve's been doing some really, really great work on his commissions and it shows with this one too. Love the pose / angle he's got here.
Congrats Damon!

Some unlucky vampire is going to lose their head! Steve really is a great guy to work with. This commission is a fine example of what you get at affordable rates(for the time being that is). Very cool Damon!

This is a really nice piece. I like the styling a of Erwin here and it seems to meld that old, vintage TOD setting. With the modern take on Blade. Bravo.

So what you are saying is that team-up books once again did their magic and made the world a better place? I couldn't agree more. This drawing is a beauty. The background elements take me right back to the classic TOD stories.
