Description

Stunning cover painted by Rafael López Espí for the Spanish edition of SPIDERMAN VOL.3 N°5, published by Vértice in February 1976. It's titled "Attention! Attention! Attention! That comes the terrible ... Electro!" and The USA content corresponds to The Amazing Spider-Man Vol.1 # 9-10. Definitely one of my favorite covers, belonging to one of the lowest numbers of vol. 3, the best that the artist created for the magazine format.

Imponente portada pintada por Rafael López Espí para la edición española de SPIDERMAN VOL.3 N°5 publicado por la editorial Vértice en Febrero de 1976. Se titula "¡Atención! ¡Atención! ¡Atención! ¡Que llega el terrible… Electro!" y el contenido USA corresponde a The Amazing Spider-Man Vol.1 # 9-10. Sin duda de mis portadas favoritas, perteneciente a uno de los números más bajos del vol. 3, las mejores que el artista realizó para el formato revista.

Si Espi hubiese nacido en New York,es posible que su Spider-Man estuviese entre los clasicos. Bueno de hecho para la mayoria de españoles lo esta. MUY GUAPA !!!

This is fun! It reminds me of the original animated series as well as some of the puzzle artwork that I saw as a kid in the 1970's.

Me encanta. Estas portadas de Lopez Espi son miticas, me traen buenos recuerdos de mi juventud y de ediciones vertice. Enhorabuena.

He visitado varias veces tu galería y, sin embargo, no me había fijado en que "esto" estaba aquí. "Esto" fue, por supuesto, mi portada favorita de Spiderman de niño: el contraste de colores entre los uniformes y el gesto de Electro me impresionaron. Creo que más gracias a esta portada que al cómic en sí, esperaba volver a encontrarme a Electro en alguna otra aventura. Me alegra ver que sigue conservando todo su encanto. Enhorabuena.
