Interior Art From Jughead #117(1998) published by Archie Comics.
all the inside story art.
There are four complete stories and one single joke page comprising 25 pages.

On the cover we see Jug getting his allowance from Dad. He's really worried this
won't last a day at Pop's Burger joint. Not that Pop's burgers are expensive,
it's cause Jug's a bottom-less pit!

The stories are pretty funny stuff! Adventures like; Jug using a sock puppet that gets
his pals on his bad side: Jug being put under the spell of Betty's love potion; Jug helping Mr.
Weatherbee find the school's teachers' favorite hiding spots; and Jug taking Trula Twyst to a school dance
where unbelievably they actually dance together! Good Fun!

The 24 inside story pages were penciled by Rex
and inked by really slick inker Rich Koslowski. The single joke page was totally drawn by Rex.
The four stories were written by Craig Boldman and are hilarious and many times touching.
The team of Boldman, Lindsey, and Koslowski worked many years on Jughead, producing really
fine-tuned tales of Riverdale's most wacky character.

All art is on official Archie comic board. The cover and inside pages are in excellent
condition--firm, clean, and slightly off-white with mild edge wear. The ink is dark and all paste-up titles
are firmly attached with some slightly yellowed. Most paste-ups are original and some are restored.
The printed comic is in very fine condition with mildly off-white pages and in a comic bag
with backing board. The cover, splash pages and joke pages (if any) and some miscellaneous pages,
plus the comic, are signed by Rex Lindsey, whom is holding this auction.

Rex Lindsey has worked for Archie Comics for some twenty years. He's drawn many of the titles,
but mostly Jughead for which he did over one hundred issues, covers and inside stories.
He's lately being doing art for the Simpsons Comics
