Colan had his own set of storytelling conventions and somehow they worked! He really was a magician. That wheel is a feat of genius, and I love the angles and use of shadow in the upper left and lower right panels!

Gorgeous page. Tom Palmer gets all the shout outs, but there were several great inkers to work with Gene over the years. This is a perfect example.
