I loved Mitch Byrd's work on Guy Gardner, with Chuck and Beau giving him the right amount of cockiness.

Another 1990s DC Event tie-in written by Beau Smith. The book consisted entirely of splash pages! A quick read, but very fun.

Synopsis for "Emerald Fallout, Part Four: Fist Forward, Face Down"

In Emerald Twilight, Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) defeats the Green Lantern corps in Oa, then takes all the energy in the Central Power Battery, to emerged with a new costume and identity as - Parallax.

In "Emerald Fallout", which takes place in issues 18-21 of Guy Gardner: Warrior, Guy receives a vision of the events of Emerald Twilight. Guy, along with Wonder Woman, Alan Scott, and Arisia, Darkstar, Martian Manhunter, Captain Atom and the Ray go to what was left of Oa.

Guy challenges Hal but is defeated when Hal melts his yellow power ring. This page shows Guy right before Hal destroys his ring.
