Description

The Manhattan Projects by Jonathan Hickman and Nick Pitarra is a fascinating book. The premise is simple - What if the Manhattan Project that created "the bomb" was only one of several scientific projects involving high technology?"

You know - high tech like inter-dimensional travel,shape changing space aliens, cannibalistic geniuses, radioactive heads, brains in robot bodies, and other not quite normal people and events?

Hickman's story is curious and Nick's art is odd, but wow what a terrific mix they are.

I've gotten to know Nick a little over the years and I really enjoy his art. For this commission, I decided that I wanted "Team Russia," but I forgot to mention Dmitriy. Not to worry, Nick had me covered!
