I had seen some commissions from John Watson on here and finally contacted him to try a couple. Boy, am I glad I did! I got them in the mail today and it was an early Christmas present, they came out great. I'll definitely get something from him again and would recommend him to anyone else, he's great to work with.

From the pieces he's put on CAF, you can tell that John's been studying other artists' styles. It looks like he did his best "Alan Davis" for your commission.

John told me when he was working on it that he was going for the Alan Davis style. I didn't specify that, figured some artists want to do it in their own style and not copy someone, but he did a great job of getting that feel to it.

When it comes to re-imagining DC covers, it is very hard to think of anyone better suited than John Watson. Bravo, Mark, Bravo!
