Here is a high quality, full colour acrylic paintings, commissioned as page-breaker illustration to accompany serialisations of CATHERINE COOKSON'S much-loved, best-selling historical romance trilogy "TILLY TROTTER". This illustration was commissioned in 1998-2000 and published by D C Thomson in their best-selling magazine MY WEEKLY, a direct descendant of the lavish fiction journals of the 19th and 20th centuries illustrated by the likes of Norman Rockwell.
