I may be biased but this may be the best page of the book (even without Batman).

Yes, it looks like the Penstix ink has been fading.

Black Canary was created by Robert Kanigher and Carmine Infantino.

Also not familiar with the other pages in this book but, it's hard to imagine any are better than this middle tier of panels!
