DescriptionFrom 1978 and the Giant sized issues of Justice League of America, we have the Gerry Conway written Unluckiest League of Them All storyline. Amos Fortune has Wonder Woman captured and she uses her tiara to hypnotize him. Turning point of the story in the top four panels, while we get the aftermath of Ray Palmer's bachelor party at the bottom.Dick Dillin was the JLA artist in my eyes. He drew most of the stories I read in the series, up until his untimely death. He was followed by great talent like George Perez, Don Heck, and Chuck Patton, but Dillin was the guy. I like how McLaughlin's inks look over his pencils, giving it that heavier ink line balanced with some fine line work. Social/Sharing |
