Description

This image is not as detailed and polished as the other Ploog storyboards I have posted, but it is a very cool piece and in Ploog's words, "It is how we demonstrated the main alien dog shedding his outer shell." I can only assume that this is one of the images that Rob Bottin and Stan Winton studied while creating this effect for one of the film's most iconic scenes.
