Description

This cover from Gladstone´s Christmas Parade Giant was published in 1989. It illustrates one of Carl Barks´ most important stories, "Christmas on Bear Mountain" - the story where Barks introduced Scrooge McDuck. The story was originally published in Dell Four Color Comics 178 in 1947. And this Jippes cover is of course much more true to Barks than the original cover for FC 178.
