DescriptionJohn Watson took a wonderful cover from my childhood and spun it into an instant Legion classic. The isolation and the breaking down of our Legionnaire continues. The Trapper enlists the assistance of Universo who uses his super-hypnosis, to create a frightening realistic and scary scenario where she is truly alone ( even more frightening if you live life on a triplicate world like Cragg ) and believes that she cannot return from whence she came. The Universo effect was a stroke of genius on John's part. We wanted to copy the photo contrast of the original cover. So "Universo" is in fact the classic villain ,Ming The Merciless with an added drawn in monocle& Moustache ! Again Russ..did stellar work. Slowly by slowly Duo is facing hard times. What will happen when she reaches breaking point ?? Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

This is truly inspired! Love the Universo effect, and the pencils and inks are just getting better and better if that's even possible! I love this series and look forward to it every week!

I love this series and look forward to it every week! The amount of thought & discussion that we have had about each Chapter, even before pen is put to paper by John, has helped to make this a strong series. Even last week, thanks to an off-hand remark by a Legion World Facebook fan, we got a brilliant twist to the last Chapters of this tale. It is evolving slowly but we wanted to show why a transition to Duplictious Damsel might be very scary but believable.

This goes off the scale for creativity! As far as the rest goes, John really had the Grell going here! Outstanding!

Universo is actually a photo of my friend Scott. But he was posing as Ming at the time for a Flash Gordon commission I did! Hope that clears eveything up!

The best part of waking up is a new LSH commission especially one by John Watson. This story is getting really good and the cover really sells the idea. Good job guys.

Really impressive. I'm really liking Watson's pencil work over his painting.
