DescriptionThe die is cast. We have reached breaking point. No more Duo Damsel,Triplicate Girl or even Una, now and forever there is the duplicitous DEVIL DAMSEL. John Watson came up with the costume design which initially seemed risque & over the top to me. But he argued that if she is going to do some pretty awful things to the Legion as we planned, than a mere costume color change ala Pheonix to Dark Pheonix was just not going to cut it... the outside had to mirror the evil within. What sealed it for me was when he did the color version. Using the same greenish hues of the famous Polaris cover really worked and set the tone for things to come. Again, Russ did an amazing job..making all that dialogue fit without it feeling too crowded is a testament to his talents Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

Now that's a costume. This is an exceptional homage and great addition. Bravo!

Some of the expressions on this one almost look like a Maguire cover. Really went all out on this one!

Awesome cover! One of Johns best yet! Risqué costume? Not by todays standards! Sue Storm to Malice was pretty risqué when it happened. Love the direction of the story although it may not end well for The Legion!

Love the direction of the story although it may not end well for The Legion!I suppose you are right, the Sue Storm/Malice story-line is a good analogy...but Duo always has been a favorite of mine..she is "the girl next door " who the goofy chubby guy managed to sweep (or bounce) off her feet. This change does not bode well and you are quite correct, there will be some pretty bad twists and turns for all concerned

I like the look, and yeah it's risqué, but it works!

I can't say that I like the way that the story is going, but I love the covers! John Watson has a real feel for the team.

The art is terrific (as usual). The story line is diabolical and dare I say ... Giffenesque!

Bad, but sexy! I look forward to these every week and yet fear for poor sweet Una. Great cover choice and Kirby Dots!
