Description

in 1994 and 1995, Marvel published two comics on Bob Marley, Iron and Lion. The third, Zion, was not published as the Marvel Music imprint was discontinued as Marvel Comics lurched towards bankruptcy. The books featured painted art by Tennyson 'Jimmy' Smith over Gene Colan pencils.

This page features the scene from the One Love Peace Concert held on April 22nd 1978, when amid rising political tensions and violence, Marley persuaded the leaders of the opposing political parties, Edward Seaga and Michael Manley, to join hands on stage.
