Love this one. But what's going on with the tape line near the bottom? Is this two layers?

The overlay consists of two pieces taped together.

Wow! This was one of two LEGION comics that I read back in the day and read them so much that the covers fell off the book. My jaw dropped when I saw this. You are sooooo lucky to have this.
