Description

OK, so when I first saw this, it was listed as a King Arthur painting but I kept trying to figure out who and what it was from. I finally purchased it because I liked it and then reached out to Dave on Facebook sending a photo of it framed and hanging in my office asking him what it belonged to. He responded with this message;

"The piece you are asking about is one I had done for my sample portfolio when I was making the rounds to publishers early in my career. Obviously a medieval piece, I used reference from "EXCALIBUR" and "ROBIN AND MARION" I retired the piece from my portfolio a few years later as my style matured and I showed it many times. I can't remember when it left my hands but I am happy to see it has a good home."
