Description

This is a comic strip from The Daily Texas - the student newspaper at UT-Austin from 9-14-1990. The strip is Los Hooligans by movie director Robert Rodriguez. Soon after quitting the strip he shot El Mariachi which led to From Dusk till Dawn, The Faculty and Sin City.

The strip shows the main character watching her favorite TV show, "The Little Dog with The Big Cacotas". True high brow stuff!
