DescriptionI have already expressed my admiration for the constantly excellent work done by George Tuska on Iron Man and my specific appreciation of this issue, number 20, which, for a reason, has struck a very sensible chord in the heart of the young boy I was when I first read it.I'm sure this has to do with some really spectacular images, among which, this half-splash portrait of Lucifer (which I thought could turn out to be a major villain at that stage...). This is why, depsite my already owning a page from this story, I could not pass the opportunity to add this particular one to my collection. Of course, Mike Esposito does a stellar job on inks. I'm especially taken by the "force lines" on the half-splash, a sort of "Krakle a la Tuska" that I have not seen very often, but that I still find very effective! Social/Sharing |
