Description

In the late '80s and early '90s Wolverine was one of my favorite series and I've great memories of all those adventures taking place in Madripoor...
This beautifully composed page, by the late Bill Jaaska (1961-2009) and Joe Rubinstein, is from the 4th and last part of Lazarus Project storyline, titled "Family Matters".
It shows all three main characters in a rare moment of quiet and I think it perfectly captures their mood. And the very essence of the whole story as well.

I tend to like the quieter moments in superhero comics, and I think those moments are where the artists can really shine through. This is a wonderful example of that, with Jaaska and Rubinstein skillfully constructing the scene.
