DescriptionArtwork by Paul Murry is very rare from the period of 1950`ies and 1960`ies.Nearly all of Murry`s early artwork was destroyed by the publisher. This half-page is from 1960 and comes from the story : "The Pineapple Poachers". In this survived half-page Mickey and Goofy sees the "Menehunes" for the very first time..! Notice the rainy weather. Murry was an true expert in making these weather-scenarios. The story is written by Carl Fallberg. Social/Sharing |

The BEST surviving Mouse artwork by the great Murry!!! Truly amazing to behold in person...

I just love this art work by Murry. It is probably the greatest art survived from Murry's hand.
