In New York City, Johnny Bolt recruits the next member of his group--the weather manipulator known as Forecast.

My favorite panel is the one where we see the falling rain and the emphasis on Forcast's umbrella.

Written by Mark Millar and inked by Gerry Alanguilan, Gerry completes the piece and gives it life.
