Description

The first purchase of 2017 arrived today. I have always loved Shane Glines' work and when I saw this Vampirella listed on ebay I immediately knew I had to try to add it to the collection. Surprisingly I was able to pick up the piece cheaper then I expected it would go for.

The piece is just fantastic. To me it just screams Shane Glines. His linework is always so beautifully drawn and this is a great example. Just look at those gorgeous curves. Most of the pieces that I see are just simple pinups so I was really drawn to the piece because of the background details. I know it's been done a million times but I always love the play on the Coppertone Girl. Vampirella is just so adorable and I love the expression on her face. It looks like 2017 is off to a great start.
