Description

A more elaborate description about how I really feel about this story, Hang the Batman, can be found at page 24 of this story.

However, suffice to say, this page features... not one, not two but three icons.

Batman, the Empire State Building and our beloved Twin Towers of the World Trade Center.

The imagery seems to be damn important to Mike, as evidenced by the 2 additional images. One of them is dated from around the same time.

Batman was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane.

Wow! Another incredible page from this story?!!! What a great image of Batman flying down with his wings spread! Fantastic visual with a meaningful background as you noted in your description. So impressive.
