DescriptionJOURNEY INTO MYSTERY #83 Cover recreation. The first appearance of THE MIGHTY THOR! Inked over bluelines on 11 x 17 Bristol board. Lettering was 'held' in black and touched up by hand. Original art by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott!I made Thor's torso slightly beefier, as I always thought he looked a little too average (body type-wise on this cover.
