Description

Here's a shot of what the friendly UPS driver dropped off at the house today. By Edd Cartier, it's an illustration done for "The Adventure of the Misplaced Hound" by Poul Anderson and Gordon Dickson. The illo appeared in their collection of Hoka stories, "Earthman's Burden", published by Gnome Press in 1957. Given Deb's love for the Sherlock Holmes stories, we couldn't pass this up -- plus, the Hokas sort of look like rodents!
