Description

Back at the end of 2015 Tom Fowler and Cadence Comic Art ran a kickstarter for Tom's book "D&D&D: (D)dungeons, (D)ragons & (D)oodles. As one of the tiers Tom offered to do 11x14 character portraits of your D&D character. Well since I don't play D&D I requested a Kimono Girl portrait. Tom finished the painting back in 2016 but it took a while for Paolo to get around to finally mailing it off. The books began shipping back in January 2017 and when I hadn't received my yet in March I messaged Paolo to see if it had been shipped. He said he would check and then I never heard anything more. After waiting a couple months I decided to contact Tom and see if he knew what was going on in early June. Tom didn't know but said he would ask Paolo. In mid June Paolo contacted me once again and said he would get it shipped. Well after waiting until early July and the package not arriving I bothered him again and he finally shipped it out.

It took a while to get it but it was worth the wait. She's gorgeous and I love how he included the dragon tail as the background with the cherry blossom petals blowing around. Just another fantastic Kimono Girl for the collection.
