Description

Super-cool page from my teenage years (and probably favorite run on the book). Although George might not have been pencilling, Joe Sinnott's awesome inking maintained a standard look on the book throughout his long tenure (and Buckler's pencilling ain't too shabby, neither!).

Poor Ben having lost his powers has to be saved by his teammates, here caught like a sack of corn by the newest FF member Luke Cage. Brilliant use of the Hero for Hire concept in allowing comics' First Family to keep chugging along with a power hitter in the mix.

[*And how jarring it is to read Cage's dialogue from 30+ years ago, compared to how Bendis writes him today.]

Another quality page for your collection. Still can't believe Rich is gone.He was and will always be one of my favorites.
