DescriptionThe purchase of this inked page has allowed me the unique opportunity to bring together—for the first time—the pencils and inks of Indestructible Hulk (Issue #1 | Page #06).Here is the description that I wrote for the pencils last year: When I first read Indestructible Hulk, I knew this was the one page that I really wanted to have. It took some time...and an investment, but it is finally here. “For me, Page #6 is the highlight of the "8-page long" meeting between Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Maria Hill and Dr. Bruce Banner. During this exchange, Yu's art and Waid's writing weave a great representation of Banner in the succeeding panels: From humor (for the reader), to frustration, and finally, an overall picture of a man who has come to terms with his "chronic condition" and would much rather dwell on the possible scientific contributions that he could make in order to benefit humanity. That premise alone got me hooked for the rest of the Indestructible Hulk series and to this day is the only version of Hulk that resonates with me.” Pencils by Leinil Yu and inked by Gerry Alanguilan, Gerry completes the piece and gives it life.
