(Acquired Februari 2012 from mr Jim Phillips)

Years ago I got the unique opportunity to obtain this sketch from the legendary surfboard artist as well as lifelong Santa Cruz Skateboards designer Jim Phillips, done for the 2015 Subcrew & Mighty Jaxx 'The Running Eye' vinyl figure.

For me nothing in pop culture appears more vibrant, raw and arrestingly motivational than the design and graphicality to skateboards and skateboarding, with Jim Phillips' work being the pinnacle.
