Description

It has taken a while to add a 2X Kirby / Sinnott FF page to my collection. When this one popped up for sale, I thought hmmm this may scratch the itch. At first, I didn't make the connection to Warlock (Him) just saw that final Alicia panel that screams Kirby Femme (in the traditional sense, not the newer use of the term).

Then I noticed it has Kirby machinery in panel 1, full body Alicia in 2 and crackly fire and cool poses in panel 3..so 4 of 4 panels covered. Then I remembered, ah, the subject is "Him", to become Warlock, so that closed the deal for me!

Finally, there is a cool note at the bottom right re: 4th panel "Good Focus - JK Is Great when No Help" on top of the typical margin notes.

Another cool thing about the hobby, never know what you may see in a page - glad I could bring this one back to the US - thanks PQ!

Very nice page. The King and Joe firing on all cylinders.

Issues 66-67 was the beginning of the end regarding the partnership of Lee and Kirby. The storyline brought to light that Stan Lee and Jack Kirby were aiming for different directions.

All four panels are the best of the best! Stan couldn't make up his mind, apparently :) On the previous page he complains that Kirby "again!" has made a female figure not to his liking.
