Description

After losing out on a quite few pieces of Mike's art over the past year, I was finally to snag a fantastic piece directly from his store. This is the cover art for his friend Mercelo Trom's Kickstarter Project Infinite Punishment, and man is it a gorgeous piece. The scan doesn't do the original pencils justice but it's a sight to behold in person.

Despite the failed Kickstarter and Trom's unfortunate passing, this piece ended up being used as the variant cover for issue #2.

Mike is very underrated and underused by the industry. Seeing these pencils, and the rich use of lines in those tentacles, is really frantastic! What a great piece to own =)
