Description

Another win from the Baltimore Con. I was fortunate enough to meet Walt and Louise Simonson for the first time. Walt was the reason I started reading Thor (....a talking space horse with a hammer? Here's my 60-cents!!!). Walt's creative layouts really got me to notice the true art of sequential storytelling. And Louise's New Mutants work is a major 80s touchstone for me. Such nice people.

On to the sketch....It's amazing what Walt can do with a few broad strokes of a Sharpie. Sometimes less is truly more.
